We all want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within ourselves, and to enhance our experiences of love, work and play. My focus is to create an environment for people to explore ways to lead a meaningful life. Using mindfulness and positive psychology in groups and also individually, sharing information and resources for people to use their everyday life. I provide counselling for individuals, couples and family therapy. Counselling for children & adolescents. I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor. Registered ACC provider and a member of NZAC (New Zealand Association of Counsellors).
